  The staff at Chinese Garden is super friendly. The food can be REALLY good too. It's a Tillamook five. That means it's one of the best dining options in Tillamook. It's not on par at all with Portland OR other bigger city options. Comparing this restaurant to a trendy Portland place would result in a solid 2.5.

  I have always loved this place, kind people, amazing tea and food. The only downfall is there is no soda machine so it's canned soda which tastes flat over ice.

  - this last time I ate here left my stomach sour. The general tsou chicken- for a supposedly spicy dish, there was no spiciness at all (I could have fed it to my 1 yo niece) the meat was a combination of extremely dry and cooked thru on the HUGE chunks you had to split into a few bites to eat, and it was overly battered, and there was hardly any veggies, the garlic chicken was not the best I have eaten there, but was still good. the Kung pow beef didn't taste anything like it has in the past it tasted like a mixture of a couple of different sauces, and it had no spicy heat that the dish is supposed to have. And this stir fry hardly had any veggies as well. The wait staff actually stuck her fingers into the main dish to sample a piece and told me it's supposed to taste like that! I know people have their off days, but to have the whole restaurant? It's like they all should have called in sick- and closed shop for the day. As rude as they all were, I think I will be eating at Lin's now.
